All of it, one dot at a time

Every value in the family's health records — one dot each. They sit in the row of the person whose record holds them, at the date of the test that produced them, clustered with the other results from that same draw. Hover any dot for the marker, the value, and the exact line the lab printed.

Each cluster is one lab draw. Bigger cluster, more results on that panel. The row tells you whose record it lives in — that is a wall, not a label: a value cannot move between rows.

The same thing as a list

Colour alone should never be the only way to read something. Same data, every row, searchable — and it respects the filters above.
